1)     Brainstorming on Target Marketing, we discuss about how to meet the requirements of customers, what the customer’s needs and what the services we will offer
2)    Translating the company profile to Bahasa Kebangsaan. Details and descriptions needs to be delivering in this language.

I. The contacts had being follow up about theirs status, I do make several calls but not in daily routine. So far there’s no appointments have being made.
II. Understanding about what is marketing and the need of its.

Prepare proposals  for Government
I.             I do make several part of proposal like introduction, background of programs and objectives.
II.           Search on the internet of any sample related to the programs.
III.        Compare with previous sample of proposals given.
IV.          Example Proposal to DBKL,
Understanding what is proposal all about and to capture the important or essential of proposal on convincing target client.

Data Entry to create and / or update database from newspaper and internet.
1)     Creating brochure about  coaching  and counselling for a job performance
2)    Search for module on training for mechanical, electrical and grooming.

Developed idea on design.
4.
Make telephone calls to target prospect and follow up with clients
1)     Make a call to the list of client, learn how to speak with client through correct manners and listen to the Mr. Hendry advices on how the communications to be effective.
2)    Continue with brochure, creating new design and be as much as creative to create those brochures to attract client.
3)    Creating sample of brochure up to 10 design

I. Able to learn how to communicate with client, learn the appropriate voice, delivering exact information and persuasive skills.
II. Learning the way to follow up the clients and make schedule to contacts them.
III. the brochure design is done.

Blast emails to promote and market in-house programs
5 programs for at least 3 different target groups
I made several of these tasks, especially the outside KL company.

I do several tasks like preparing e-mails, find suitable phrase on convincing the client about the training programs.
